Virgo and Taurus Compatibility

Although Virgo and Taurus are very much alike, they do have subtle differences. Virgos tend to be perfectionists and can be somewhat high-strung, whereas Taurus may quickly tire of Virgo's constant need to have things absolutely perfect. For this reason, the relationship will be much more successful if Virgo learns to let up once in awhile and accept that things rarely go exactly according to plan.

The Taurus sign is typically represented by a bull – and with good reason! With Taurus, on the other hand, everything tends to be black and white, with no gray area possible. While Virgos often exhibit this same trait, they may find themselves forced to take a backseat to Taurus's stubbornness. Virgo and Taurus respect each other's need to save, preventing many common relationship squabbles over how much is spent on frivolous items. Although Virgo and Taurus are quite capable of living alone, they may find that this pairing allows them the greater financial security of combined resources.

Exciting and amorous, Taurus and Virgo both know what they want in the bedroom and are not afraid to ask. This can be beneficial for both signs, as there will be fewer disputes over hurt feelings and injured egos. And since perfection can be an issue for both Taurus and Virgo, they're sure to fulfill the needs of their partners, in the relationship as well as in the bedroom.

The Bad Side

While there is a great deal of compatibility in this relationship, there can also be problems. Virgo will love to sit and talk for hours about almost anything, while Taurus will easily tire of lengthy conversations. In these cases, Virgo may be offended that Taurus didn't want to continue, but once Taurus has made up their mind, it can be essentially irreversible.

Where Virgo sees the occasional shade of gray, Taurus tends to see only the good or bad, or the black or white. Virgo is methodical to a fault, but is very capable of compromise when approached correctly. Taurus is the most stubborn of all the signs, which can lead to arguments in which Taurus will not give an inch. Both parties need to learn to be less opinionated about their own thoughts and feelings and open themselves up to the possibility they could be wrong at times.

Taurus, while a very sensual being, can often lose interest in their relationship becomes too routine. Taurus is not fickle, but they do require Virgo to keep it interesting enough for Taurus. Passion is often intense between these two signs and can lend itself to a great sexual relationship between the two.
